Excellent Customer Service

Bought our first Roma home from here today and the service was excellent. The vehicle was immaculate and we left the premises feeling confident knowing it was in perfect working order.

We drove to morecambe from Derbyshire to look at a Autosleeper Motorhome, was greeted by Martin the owner and his friendly team of staff particularly Kieron. We bought the Motorhome and collected it a week later, took it out for its first trip, founds some problems with it, rung and spoke to Kieron who immediately apologised and arranged to collect and get it fixed, it was all carried out and all I can say is if you want a car Motorhome these are the guys to go to. Only got praise for them excellent service !

Just bought our first motorhome from here. Excellent customer service. A failing leisure battery was swiftly replaced with a brand new one. They even fitted a grab handle to help me getting in. Looking forward to getting out and about in Matilda.

Exactly as Described

I live in Bournemouth and had been trying to buy a Autosleeper Trident for sometime down here and none were coming up of any quality - Bay View had one for sale so I rang and salesman Kieran answered the phone. He gave me a honest appraisal of the vehicle and I asked for a video - I could not get up to Morecambe for another week and did not want to lose the van so I put a deposit on it - when I came up to collect it is was exactly how Kieran had described it and even better. The owner Martin was there when I collected the van and they could not have been anymore helpful in making sure I was happy with my purchase.
